She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more than happy of her placing. This is not a surprise since she did so well in light of the contest. Ariel constantly improving her body. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The most she does is bent over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on machines) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving onto the work outs. Ariel gets the most out of her limited time. Converting all the exercises back into three to four 10- 12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
